Nicole Siegel, LCSW, LCDC’s style of therapy is eclectic based on the client’s unique needs and situation. Depending on the client, various therapeutic modalities and techniques used might include; EMDR (Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), cognitive-behavioral therapy, faith-based therapy, substance abuse therapy including a 12-step based informed treatment model, client-centered, mindfulness-based techniques, motivational interviewing and stress management techniques. She views the client and counselor relationship as collaborative by pursuing the goals identified by the client with reflection and input from the counselor. She sees herself as a collaborative partner in assisting the client in uncovering the motivation, insights and actions needed to experience a profound sense of change.
