Nicole Siegel, LCSW, LCDC’s style of therapy is eclectic based on the client’s unique needs and situation. Depending on the client, various therapeutic modalities and techniques used might include; faith-based counseling, EMDR (Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), cognitive-behavioral therapy, substance abuse therapy including a 12-step based informed treatment model, psychoeducation, client-centered, mindfulness-based techniques, motivational interviewing and stress management techniques. She views the client and counselor relationship as collaborative by pursuing the goals identified by the client with input and direction from a Spirit-led counselor. She recognizes if a client is open to inviting the power of Jesus into the healing process anything can be achieved. She sees herself as a therapeutic and spiritual guide assisting the client in uncovering the motivation, insights and actions needed to experience a profound sense of change.
